4 Easy Beauty Tips

Remember the good old days, when you were a little girl who would put on your mum's make-up and pretend you were a grown up? Or when as a teenager you would sit around with your girlfriends reading the famous Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me, thinking you were such experts, but really didn't know a thing? We've all been there, but then somewhere, somehow along the way we learnt a beauty trick or two. Ways to reduce our hair frizz and plump our lips. Here are a few easy solutions to common beauty problems.

1.If you have curly hair:

The golden rule for those of you with even remotely curly hair is DO NOT BRUSH IT. If you must, do so in the shower. Brushing breaks the hairs which, in turn, creates frizz. Try using anti-frizz shampoos and conditioners, or leave- in sprays that aren't too sticky. Spray them on and let nature's wind take its course.

Also, if possible, try not to touch your hair too much, it ruins everything.

2.If you want plump lips:

What woman doesn't want a mouth as sultry as Angelina Jolie's? Full lips are an incredibly sexy feature. The best news is that even if you weren't born with them, you can get the effect from a tiny little tube sold in drugstores. When applied, venoms leave a tingly feeling on your lips, and generally, the more powerful the venom, the stronger the tingle. This is a great product, so get ready to pucker up.

3.If you have an uneven skin-tone:

It seems a lot of women believe they need to wear foundation to complete their beauty regiment. This is not the case. Most often uneven skin-tones are concentrated in specific areas like underneath the eyes. Instead of smothering liquid all over your face, try applying a small amount under and around your eyes. Then brush a light bronzer onto your face. Your skin will look even and radiant.

4.If you want seductive eyes:

Big, bright eyes are gorgeous but unfortunately we don't all have them. And unlike other facial features, they can't be faked. There are a few little tricks that can help you work with what you've got. No matter how curly or long your eyelashes, they can always be made curlier and longer. Get a good mascara to open them up as much as possible. Applying charcoal eyeliner on the lower ridge inside your eye creates a sexy effect that lasts throughout the day. Smoky eyes add an element of mystery to your look and are well suited for a night out.

The key to beauty is making the best of what you've been given. Targeting problem areas and dealing with them in a minimal but effective way can work wonders.
